Photographer Nikki Blackwell is the co-founder of The Cupcake Trolley. Inspired by her late Mother who encouraged her to chase after her love of Photography. Incorporating this concept into her addiction of not only baking cupcakes, cookies, and tasty treats, but also her love for Photography and life. Thus, the dream of owning a place where creativity has no boundaries.
A traditional place to enjoy not only a great Cupcake and a fresh roasted signature coffee before you start your day, but also a place for family. After quite a few county restrictions we soon decided it was time for independence and that owning a mobile trolley was essential, Weve since decided that since we are no longer operating from the brick & mortar that it is time to just branch out and offer all of our services from our trolley.
The dream initially was to have a food truck all a long it ended up being our second step and now here we are.
